本校校級畢業典禮-畢業生入場須知 （體育館）

●主會場（體育館一樓）

1.  學位服著裝要求

參加本年度校級畢業典禮之畢業生須穿著本校標準完整學位服（包含學位袍、帔、帽），始得進入一樓主會場。請務必於規定時間（15：50）前就座完畢，屆時會場將進行門禁管制。

2.授證及領獎代表報到入座

授證及領獎代表須於15:30前於領證代表席完成報到並入座，其餘畢業生請依照典禮座位圖，至各學院指定區域自行入座。

3.一律禁止攜帶寵物（含寵物推車）進場。

●體育館二樓座位區：

1.二樓座位區採自由入座。

2.寵物及推車規定：若攜帶寵物或其推車進入觀禮席，請全程將寵物全身放置在寵物籠中，不可露出或抱出。

• Main Venue (1st Floor of the Gymnasium)

1. Academic Dress Code for graduate students

Graduates attending the graduation ceremony must wear the entire standard academic dress of NDHU,including gown, hood, and cap, to enter the main venue on the 1st floor. All graduates must be seated by 15:50. Please note that access to the venue will not be permitted after this time.

2. Check-in and Seating for Diploma Conferral and Award Representatives

Diploma Conferment and Award Representatives must check in at the designated “Representative Seating Area” and be seated by 15:30. Other graduates should take their seats in their respective college sections according to the Ceremony Seating Map.

3. Pet Policy

Pets and pet strollers are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• 2nd Floor Seating Area of the Gymnasium:

1.Seating on the 2nd floor is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.Pet and Stroller Policy: If bringing a pet or pet stroller into the audience seating area, the pet must be always remain in a pet carrier. Holding or carrying pets outside of the stroller is not allowed and must not be exposed or taken out.
