Responsibilities:

1. Campus security duty shifts.

2. Assisting in student counseling for the following departments:

   • Department of Materials Science and Engineering

   • Department of Public Administration

   • Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering

3. Reporting, handling, and assisting in resolving campus-specific and unexpected incidents to ensure campus safety.

4. Promoting traffic safety education and related tasks.

5. Coordinating and dispatching vehicles for activities organized by the Student Affairs Division.

6. Maintaining the Student Affairs Division website and addressing student feedback.

7. Managing official vehicles for duty shifts.

8. Assisting with off-campus rental housing visits and student support.

9. Handling other tasks as assigned.
