Flashing Red Light at Intersections: Stop Before Proceeding

When encountering intersections without signals or those with flashing red and yellow lights:

  1. Unsignalized Intersections with Yield Signs or Markings: If "Stop" or "Yield" signs/markings are present, vehicles on minor roads must stop or give way to those on main roads.

  2. Flashing Red and Yellow Intersections:

    • Flashing red light (minor road): Stop and yield to vehicles on the flashing yellow (main road).

    • Flashing yellow light (main road): Although vehicles have priority, drivers must still slow down, pay attention, and pass cautiously.
