Dear Residents,

　　Dorm 5 is designated as a winter accommodation dormitory. The first and second floors will be used for the allocation of winter break dormitory rooms. Therefore, students on the first and second floors who have not applied for winter accommodation must comply with the end-of-term dorm room clearing and luggage storage procedures.

　　If you have personal plans that prevent you from using the designated dorm committee service times for luggage storage, you may schedule an appointment with the dormitory manager to handle the luggage storage process. Please follow the luggage storage guidelines to complete the process. Thank you for your cooperation!

Dorm Committee Luggage Storage Service Times:

•January 9(Thursday): 15:00–17:00, 19:00–21:00

•January 10 (Friday): 10:00–12:00, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 19:00–21:00

•January 11 (Saturday): 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 19:00–21:00

•January 12 (Sunday): 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 19:00–21:00

•January 13 (Monday): 10:00–12:00
