本校學生宿舍向晴莊於113學年度第一學期間，熱泵硬體設備因0403地震受損，導致熱水供應不穩，影響住宿生熱水使用所需。因此，113學年度第一學期不另收取向晴莊熱泵使用電費，故個人電費未納入分攤之計算費用，特此說明。

Dear Dormitory Residents,

Due to the damage caused to the heat pump equipment in Dorm 4 during the 0403 earthquake, the hot water supply was unstable, impacting residents' use of hot water during the 113-1 semester. Therefore, no additional electricity fees for heat pump usage will be charged for this semester, and personal electricity costs will not include these fees.
