Step 1. Dormitory Waiting List II Application

- Application period: 2025/5/12(Mon)12:30 ~ 5/14 (Wed)12:00
- The application is done individually, please make sure that your post office or bank information is filled in correctly and that you have paid off any pending dormitory fees.
- Each student may select up to three preferred dormitories
- Rooms are on a first come, first served basis.
- Students who are successfully assigned a bed through the waiting list process may not withdraw their application. Please consider your decision carefully before applying.
Step2. 2. Waitlist Round 2 Results Announcement:

(1) Bed Assignment Announcement Time: From 2025/5/16(Fri)12:00, students may check the results via the Dormitory Application System.
Step3. Pay the deposit (2,000 NT)

- Payment period: 2025/5/16(Fri) 12:00 ~ 5/22 (Thu)24:00. Be sure to pay the deposit during this period, otherwise your application will be cancelled.
- If you fail to pay the deposit by the deadline, the reserved space will be released to waiting applicants. If you are unable to complete the process by the deadline due to special circumstances, please be sure to inform the responsible office in advance.
- The deposit won’t be returned to you if you give up the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other inevitable reason
※Notes
- Though the dormitory and room preference is specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with any arrangements made by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.
- During the winter and summer breaks, the dormitories will be closed. Students who need accommodation must apply separately according to the school's announced schedule. Additionally, during these breaks, the Student Living Services Division will conduct cleaning and maintenance work to ensure the quality of dormitory living. Luggage storage rooms must comply with the designated storage regulations. If students are unable to comply, storage services will not be provided, and they must take responsibility for their personal belongings.
- During the winter and summer vacation, students who live in Dormitory Ⅴ need to clear out their rooms, for there will be students who need to move in the dormitory. The dormitory will provide residents with an area to store luggage until the vacation ends.
- Dormitory V, VI, Ⅶ Smart Card Power System: Those Dormitory residents must top up with money to their student ID easy card in order to pay for electricity and keep continuous use.
- The dormitory fee is charged by the accommodation types (either semester or winter/summer vacation, etc). The opening and closing dates of the dormitory are in accordance of the university's calendar.
- For being in line with the university's “Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas in any dormitory. Residents must follow regulations in order to maintain a clean environment.
- Please read all the regulations carefully before completing dormitory application.
- The dormitory fees for each student dormitory are as follows:
- Dormitory 1, 6, and 7 is $9500/semester.
- Dormitory 4, 2, and 3 is $7500/semester.
- Dormitory 5 is $10700/semester.
