Dear residents,

The semester will conclude in mid to late June. Please note the following important details regarding the dormitory closure, luggage storage, and summer accommodation:

1. 【Dormitory Closes on June 23 ^rd at 12:00 Noon】: All residents must complete their move-out by 12:00 noon on June 23 ^rd, Monday. Those who have scheduled to move out can apply for luggage storage:

a. Luggage Storage Area: The luggage will be stored according to your dormitory allocation for the next semester.

Note: If the designated storage area is full, luggage will be relocated to another location.

b. Luggage Storage Times:

June 18(Wed), June 19 (Thu): 19:00-21:00

June 20 (Fri), 6/21(Sat), 6/22(Sun): 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00, 10:00-21:00

c. Truck Assistance for Luggage Transfer between East and West Dormitory Area: Available on June 20 (Fri) and June 21(Sat).

2. 【Operations on the Day of Dormitory Closure, June 23^rd】: This semester, the direct transfer of luggage to the dormitory rooms for the next semester has been implemented. Truck assistance for luggage transfer between East and West dormitory area will be provided at the day.

a. Tasks to be completed by 12:00 noon: Clear and vacate the room.

b. Room Inspection and Penalty Tasks start at 13:00.

c. Move to the next dormitory room of the next semester directly and summer accommodation procedures begin at 17:00.

  Note:If you want to move your luggage directly into the dormitory of the next semester, you must fill in the【Summer Luggage Storage Commitment Form】before 6/23 (Mon): https://reurl.cc/EVW3lv.

d. On 6/23(Mon), there will be a direct move-in operation for luggage to the dormitory for the next semester. We estimated that there will be a lot of luggage, it is hard to estimate the time it will take for the truck to transport the luggage to each dormitory. If you have personal plans, travel arrangements, train schedules, or other time restrictions, please consider whether to participate in the luggage move-in operation on 6/23(Mon) for the next semester accommodation on your own discretion.
