【Student Dormitory】Application for new master's, in-service program students, and third-round waitlisted students for the 114th academic year

  1. Online Registration

  1. Registration period: From 12:00 PM, August 5, 2025 (Tuesday) to 12:00 PM, August 15, 2025 (Friday).
  1. Please ensure that you have paid all outstanding dormitory-related fees before applying.
  2. Each student applies individually and may choose up to three preferred dormitory choices. Bed assignments will be made according to the order of application.
  3. No student is allowed to withdraw the application once being drawn. The deposit is non-returnable if you decide to withdraw the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other irresistible reasons.

Results will be available for inquiry from 12:00 PM, August 25, 2025 (Monday) via the dormitory application system.

  1. Payment of Dormitory Fees

You can refer to accommodation-related fees (accommodation deposit,accommodation fee, and dormitory network fee) via Bank of Taiwan Student Fee Portal (please enter collection category 1133). Please bring the payment proof to complete the check-in process.

  1. Dormitory Check-In Time

Check-in begins at 12:00 PM, September 3, 2025 (Wednesday).

Please bring your identification documents and proof of payment to the dormitory management office when checking in.

 

※Notes

    1. The dormitory beds are based on the principle of filling up the beds. The school may arrange dormitories and beds according to the needs of the dormitory and the accommodation conditions.
    2. Dormitories are closed during winter and summer vacations. Students who need to stay during these periods must apply separately in accordance with the school’s official announcements. During the breaks, the Student Assistance Division will carry out cleaning and maintenance work to maintain accommodation quality.
      For luggage storage, students must follow the designated storage rules. Failure to comply will result in denial of storage service. Please note that personal belongings are stored at your own risk, and the school will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
    3. If residing in the dormitory only during winter or summer break, students must vacate their rooms according to the dormitory clearance schedule. Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas provided by the dormitory, in accordance with storage regulations. (Please refer to official announcements for actual arrangements.)
    4. Dorm V, Dorm VI, Dorm VII are equipped with a smart electricity system. Residents must top up their electricity balance in advance using their student ID EasyCard to ensure continued electricity usage.
    5. For being in line with the university's “Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas in any dormitory. Residents must follow regulations to maintain a clean environment.
    6. Please read all the regulations carefully before completing dormitory application.
    7. The dormitory cost are as follows:

Dormitory 1, 6, 7 are $9500 per semester

Dormitory 2, 3, 4 are $7500 per semester

Dormitory 5 are $10700 per semester
