Dear Incoming Bachelor’s Program Students,

The dormitory application for new students of the 114 academic year was originally scheduled to close at 12:00 PM on August 15, 2025. However, in response to the release of the admission results for students admitted via the College Entrance Examination on August 13, the application period has been extended to 12:00 PM on August 20, 2025.

For students not admitted via the College Entrance Examination who were unable to complete their application before the original deadline, please make sure to apply during the extended period.

(1) For students who require dormitory accommodation :

Please complete your online application for dormitory accommodation through the “Dormitory Application System” from 12:00 PM, Tuesday, August 5 to 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 20.

The dormitory placement results will be available from 12:00 PM on Monday, August 25. Students may log into the Dormitory Application System to check the result of their application.

(2) For students who do not require dormitory accommodation :

Please log into the “Dormitory Application System” during the same period to complete the “Cancel Dormitory Application” process.

Students who have already paid the dormitory fee and wish to cancel must bring the payment receipt to the Student Living Services Division, Student Affairs Office – within one week after the semester begins to apply for a full refund.

Dormitory Move-in & Check-in Time:

Unified dormitory check-in for new students will take place on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Services provided during check-in include: shuttle buses, supermarket booths, student association interaction, luggage support, campus tours, and general consultation.

For students traveling from distant locations, early check-in will be available on August 31 and September 1.

Please note that only basic move-in guidance and dormitory orientation will be provided on these two days.
