Dear Residents,

　　To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the social areas of Dorm 1, the University will conduct waste removal this semester. Details are as follows:

1. Inspection Period: Dormitory committee members will conduct item inspections in the social areas during the Population Census, September 22–26.

2. Verification Method: Items identified as unclaimed or not belonging to the residents of the floor will be posted with a notice for public announcement.

3. Removal Date: Beginning in November, the University will remove unclaimed items. Once removed, the University will not be responsible for safekeeping or compensation.

4. Retrieval Deadline: If the items belong to you, please retrieve and properly store them by the end of October.

5. Reminders: During end-of-semester inspections of rooms and common areas, violations will result in penalties in accordance with dormitory regulations.

6. Environmental Maintenance: Social areas are to be cleaned and maintained jointly by residents of the floor. No additional cleaning staff will be assigned during the semester.
