Dear Dorm 1 Residents,

    To maintain the cleanliness and environmental quality of dormitory social areas, Dorm 1 will carry out waste removal operations in November and December, based on the results of the September floor lounge waste inspection.

    Only items marked with red notice tags will be removed during this operation. Please make sure to check and retrieve any personal belongings before the removal date to avoid unintentional disposal.

    After the cleaning operation, Dorm 1 will conduct the end-of-semester environmental inspection in accordance with university regulations. We kindly ask all residents to continue cooperating in maintaining a clean and comfortable shared living environment.

Reminder: During the semester, the cleanliness of each floor’s social areas should be jointly maintained by all residents. The university does not assign cleaning staff for these areas.
