【學生宿舍】114學期「寒假住宿」(115/1/12-115/2/20)申請公告　【Student Dormitory】Academic Year 114(2025-26) Winter Vacation Dormitory Application

各位親愛的同學，大家好

「114學期寒假住宿申請」之重要事項如后：

  1. 【申請時間&方式】
  1. 申請時間：2025/12/02(二) 12:00起至2025/12/11(四)12:00止。
  2. 寒假宿舍申請，需輸入E-MAIL帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。
  1. 【申請資格】寒假住宿申請：申請者需具114學期住宿資格。
  2. 【申請流程】自行網路申請https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx—＞繳費—＞憑繳費收據辦理入住。
  3. 【住宿時間】2026/01/12（一）17:00起至2026/02/20（五）上午10:00止。
  1. 寒假期間不受理短期住宿，提前入住，或延後退宿之申請；亦不辦理退費。
  2. 「春節期間」：2026/02/16（一）起至2026/02/22（日）學校行政單位配合春節連假不辦公，除境外生外、鼓勵本國生返家過節。
  1. 【公告床位】
  1. 公告時間：2026/1/5(一)12:00起，自行至寒宿申請系統查詢。
  2. 寒假住宿一律統一安排住宿，由學校安排寢室床位。114學年床位在擷雲莊或行雲莊者續住原寢，其餘則安排住宿於「行雲莊1、2樓」，本次僅提供行雲一、二莊各250床作安排申請，開放床位有限，並以境外生與特殊境遇個案者為優先。
  1. 【繳交寒宿費用】
  1. 繳費時間：2025/12/16(二) 12:00起至2025/12/25(四)24:00止，請自至臺灣銀行網頁繳費，入住時持學生證和繳費收據辦理。
  2. 住宿費用：寒宿住宿費$2,000元和寒宿保證金$500元。
  1. 【注意事項提醒】攸關個人住宿權益，申請寒宿床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。

Important information regarding the Academic Year 114(2025-26)Winter Vacation Dormitory Application is listed below:

  1. Application Time
      1. Time: 2025/12/02(Tue) 12:00 – 2025/12/11(Thu) 12:00
      2. Login e-mail and password   https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx

***ALL PREVIOUS STUDENT DORM FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE APPLYING FOR WINTER DORMS ***(including fees relevant to quarantine dorm).

  1. Application Eligibility

Students who are eligible for dormitory application of Academic Year 114

  1. Application Procedure

Apply Online(https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Winter/login.aspx) –> Pay Fee –> Take receipt to the dormitory manager as proof of payment before moving in

  1. Accommodation Period

2026/01/12(Mon) 17:00 – 2026/02/20(Fri) 10:00

      1. No short-term accommodations, early check-ins, or extended check-outs will be accepted. No refunds shall be granted.
      2. Dorms will be closed between 2026/02/16(Mon) and 2026/02/22(Sun) for Chinese New Year holidays. The university administrative unit doesn't operate during Chinese New Year, we encourage local students to go home during vacations.
  2. Announcement of Accommodation Information
      1. Time: 2026/01/05(Mon) 12:00, room and bed numbers will be announced online
      2. Room and bed will be assigned by OSA. All residents shall temporarily move to Dormitory 5(Shing Yun A and B), Except for Academic Year 114 residents of Dormitory 1(Jie Yun A and B) and Dormitory 5 (Shing Yun A and B). There are 250 beds vacancy this year with priority given to international students and individuals with special circumstances.
  3. Dormitory Fee
      1. Payment Period: 2025/12/16(Tue) 12:00 -2025/12/25(Thu) 23:59.
      2. Pay at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx . Take the receipt along with your Student ID Card to the dormitory manager when moving in.
      3. Dormitory fee NT2000, deposit NT500.
