本學期即將結束，關於寒假期間宿舍管理及注意事項，請留意以下說明：

1. 114-1 學期宿舍關閉時間： 2026 年 1 月 12 日（星期一）中午 12:00。
2. 114-2 學期宿舍開放時間： 2026 年 2 月 20 日（星期五）中午 12:00。
   　　※ 行雲莊一、二樓配合寒宿結束後之檢查及清掃作業，開放時間為 2 月 20 日（星期五）下午 5:00。
3. 寒假期間宿舍將全面關閉，若有住宿需求，請依學校公告之時程另行提出申請。寒假住宿申請相關作業，請參閱生活輔導組網頁公告。
4. 各莊宿舍關閉前之注意事項，請詳閱附件說明並依規辦理。

Dear Dormitory Residents,

As the semester comes to an end, please take note of the following important information regarding winter break dormitory management and related reminders:

1. Dormitory Closing Date (Fall Semester 2025, 114-1): January 12, 2026 (Monday) at 12:00 p.m.
2. Dormitory Reopening Date (Spring Semester 2026, 114-2): February 20, 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 p.m.
   　　※ For Xingyun Dormitory (1st and 2nd floors), due to inspection and cleaning after the winter-stay period, the dormitory will reopen at 5:00 p.m. on February 20, 2026 (Friday).
3. All dormitories will be closed during the winter break. Students who need accommodation during this period must submit a separate application according to the schedule announced by the University.
   　　Please refer to the Division of Student Life Guidance webpage for details on the winter break housing application process.
4. Please carefully read the attached document for important reminders and procedures for dormitory closure in each building.
