1. 財團法人慈林教育基金會辦理「慈林國際青年文化營（Tsunah's International Youth Cultural Camp）」活動。

2. 為增進國際青年對臺灣民主發展、教育轉型及文化多樣性之理解，並促進跨國文化交流，慈林教育基金會以「教育」為核心，重新啟動慈林國際青年文化營。本次營隊以「探索台灣：民主・文化・教育」為主題，規劃系列講座、教育現場參訪，以及與在地單位與學生之交流活動，期能促進跨文化理解，並引導學員深入認識臺灣社會的多元樣貌與內在力量。

By rebooting Tsunah Foundation's International Youth Cultural Camp under the banner of 'education', the Tsunah Foundation seeks to promote cultural exchange as well as further international youth's understanding of Taiwan's democratic development, education transformation, and cultural diversity. From oppression and resistance under a martial law government, Taiwan has slowly moved towards freedom and democracy.
