各位同學好:
為能妥善安排本校五年修讀學碩士學位(3+2)之研究所新生115學年住宿事宜,住宿申請事宜如下::
- 【申請資格】:本校五年修讀學碩士學位(3+2)同學,且錄取為115學年度本校研究所新生者。
- 【申請時間】: 2026/5/11(一)至2026/5/21(四)12:00止。
- 【申請辦法】:
- 請列印附檔申請表,確實填寫相關資料,並於申請表簽章處簽名。
- 需由錄取之研究所師長或系所主任簽章確認。
- 請於2026/5/21(四)12:00前繳交申請表至學務處生輔組。
- 【寢室分配】:
- 研究所的住宿莊別為擷雲莊與行雲莊四樓為主。
- 依申請先後順序和住宿志願安排,需配合生輔組進行寢室與床位編排。
- 寢室床位預定於2026/05/27(三)12:00公佈,請自行至學生住宿申請系統查詢https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx。
- 【繳交住宿保證金】:

- 住宿保證金繳交時間為2026/05/27(三)12:00起至2026/06/04(四)24:00止,床位申請成功者須於期限內繳交住宿保證金(每2,000元整)以取得住宿資格,請同學務必留意繳費期限,未於期限內完成保證金繳交者視同床位放棄。
- 未於期限內完成保證金繳交者視同床位放棄,其放棄之床位將提供候補同學進行床位申請。
- 完成保證金繳交者具有115學年度上、下學期住宿資格,住宿期間除因畢業離校而提前退宿者可退保證金外,其餘因素退宿者,保證金概不退還。申請後,床位不得轉讓、放棄住宿者保證金亦不退還,請申請人審慎評估後再提出申請。
- 攸關個人住宿權益,申請宿舍床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。

In order to arrange accommodations for future graduate students (5-Year Bachelor-Master Program), we advise that you take the following steps in mind:
- 【Qualification】:
NDHU undergraduate students enrolled in the 5-year Bachelor-Master program (3+2) at our university who have been admitted as graduate students for the 115th academic year.
- 【Application Period】:
2026/05/11(Mon)~ 2026/05/21(Thu)12:00 p.m.
- 【Application procedure】:
- Fill the application form online properly, print it out and sign it.
- Obtain the signature of either your academic advisor or dean of the department.
- Submit the application form to the Student Living Services Division, Office of Student Affairs by 2026/05/21(Thu)12:00 p.m.
- 【Room assignment】:
- The graduate student dorms are Dormitory I and 4F of Dormitory Ⅴ.
- All students must cooperate with room arrangements made by the Student Living Services Division, Office of Student Affair.
- The result of room assignment will be announced at 2026/05/27(Wed)12:00 p.m. on the website. https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/dorm/Login.aspx
- 【Paying deposit】:

- Each applicant needs to pay a deposit between 2026/05/27(Wed)12:00 p.m. and 2026/06/04(Thu)12:00 p.m. Students who are successfully assigned a dormitory bed must pay the accommodation deposit (NT$2,000 per person) within the specified period to secure their accommodation eligibility. Please pay attention to the payment deadline.
- Be sure to pay the deposit during this period, otherwise your application will be cancelled. The reserved room will then be released to the waiting applicants.
- Students who have paid the deposit will be eligible for accommodation for both semesters of Academic Year 115.The deposit won’t be returned to you if you give up the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other irresistible causes.
- Please read all the dormitory regulations carefully before your application.
