The important schedule during the summer vacation of 115 is as follows:

1. End of 114-2 dormitory stay: 2026/6/29 (Mon) by 12:00 p.m.
2. Summer accommodation period: 2026/6/29(Mon) from 5:00 p.m. to 8/24(Mon) by

12:00 p.m.

3. Move-in date for 115-1 student dormitory (returning students): 2026/9/4(Fri) 12:00 p.m

   1. 1. 1. Application Period: 2026/05/15 (Fri) from 12:00 p.m. to 05/24(Sun) until 12:00 p.m.
         2. Eligible Applicants: Students who are living in school in the 114^th academic year or 115^th academic year.

Applicants must log in using their school e-mail account and password and ensure that all dormitory-related fees have been fully paid.

1. 1. 1. 4. Dormitory Arrangements: Summer accommodation assignments will be managed by the Student Living Services Division.

The dormitories available for summer stay are as follows:

1. Dormitory I (Primarily for students who resided in the dormitory during the 114th academic year):

50. Students who lived in Dormitory I during the 114th academic year will remain in their original rooms.
50. If a student is not continuing in their original room for the next semester and has applied only for the second half of the summer term, they will be assigned to  Dormitory VI.

2. Dormitory V (Primarily for graduate students who resided in the dormitory during the 114th academic year):

50. Graduate students (excluding undergraduate students) who lived in Dormitory V will remain in their original rooms.
50. If a student is not continuing in their original room for the next semester and has applied only for the second half of the summer term, they will be assigned to Dormitory VI.
50. All undergraduate students will be assigned to Dormitory VI.

3. Dormitory VI (Primarily for students who resided in the dormitory during the 114th academic year):

50. Dormitory VI consists of four-person suites, and students may choose their roommates during the application period (Duration of stay should be the same).
50. If students wish to have only two occupants in a four-person suite, they must submit a special paper-based application in person after moving in (starting from June 30) and pay the additional accommodation fee.

2. Half period:

1. First half:

50. Accommodation Period:2026/6/29 (Mon) from 5:00 p.m. to 2026/7/31 (Fri) until 12:00 p.m.

(Those who fail to complete the check-out process by the deadline will be considered as continuing their stay for the second half and must pay the additional accommodation fee.)

2. Second half:

50. Accommodation Period: 2026/8/1 (Sat) from 5:00 p.m. to 2026/8/24 (Mon) until 12:00 p.m.

(After the summer stay ends, students can check into their dormitory for the next semester upon presenting their summer accommodation payment receipt.)

3. Short-term Stay (Daily Rate):

Announcement Time: 2026/5/29 (Fri) at 12:00 p.m. Please check the summer accommodation application system for your assigned bed.

d. [Summer Accommodation Fee Payment]

Payment Period: From 2026/6/1 (Mon) at 12:00 p.m. to 2026/6/10 (Wed) at 12:00 a.m. Please visit the Bank of Taiwan website to complete the payment. Failure to pay within the deadline will be regarded as a cancellation of your summer accommodation application.

1. All dormitory rooms must undergo cleaning. Residents of Dormitory I and Dormitory V who choose to stay in their original rooms during the summer must cooperate with the cleaning schedule. Personal belongings should be stored according to the dormitory regulations.
2. To ensure a safe living environment, visitors are not allowed in the dormitories during the summer accommodation period. It is strictly prohibited to bring non-residents into the dormitory. Violations will be handled in accordance with the student dormitory management regulations.
3. To protect your accommodation rights, please carefully read all relevant dormitory regulations before applying for a summer accommodation bed.
