Dear Resident Students,

        Due to the increased demand for moving assistance during the end-of-semester check-out period, the dormitory committee will provide additional luggage storage service hours during peak check-out times to assist residents with the dormitory closing process.

        Students who require luggage storage service are advised to check the service schedule and follow the instructions of on-site staff in accordance with the relevant regulations. Please also pay attention to personal safety during the moving process and help maintain dormitory order. Valuables should be kept with you at all times to avoid loss.

        Please note that the university only provides luggage storage space and shall not be responsible for storage, supervision, compensation, loss, or damage of any belongings. Students are responsible for their own items. Thank you for your understanding.
