2. 同學如對114學年住宿保證金與115年暑期電費、檢查扣罰等保證金結算有疑慮，請於2026/09/21(一) 前填寫「保證金複查表」，並至您原住宿莊別找宿舍管理員進行複查，如未按時提出或提出後查證無誤，將依本公佈結果辦理。
3. 有退費的同學請確認電子學習履歷裡，已填寫學生本人的郵局局號、帳號或銀行名稱、分行名稱和銀行帳號，以利退費作業之順遂。

1. The results of the 2025-2026 Student Dormitory and 2026 Summer Dormitory Deposits have been announced. Please check it online by yourself. https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/DormStudent/Login.aspx
2. If students have any questions regarding the 2025 academic year (Year 114) housing deposit, the 2026 summer electricity charges, deductions due to inspections or violations, or the final settlement of the deposit, please complete the "Deposit Reassessment Form" and submit it to the dormitory manager of your original residence hall for review by Thursday, September 21, 2026. If no request is submitted by the deadline or if the review confirms the original charges, the settlement will proceed based on the announced results.
3. Students who will be refunded their deposits, please confirm that the student's post office, account or bank name, branch name and account number have been filled up on the e-portfolio website, to ensure the smooth operation of the refund process.
