Qualifications and Tenure of Review Committee:

The review committee appoints one chairperson, designated by the Bureau’s director, and one deputy chairperson, designated by a deputy head of the Bureau. At least two-thirds of members must be scholars.
Members serve a two-year term and may be reappointed once. The committee consists of 6–8 members who are experts or scholars with one of the following qualifications:
1. Specialization in transportation management, traffic engineering (road engineering), vehicle (mechanical) engineering, or law.
2. Certifications in law, civil engineering (traffic, road engineering), mechanical engineering (vehicle), or expertise in traffic enforcement or highway supervision.
If a member vacates their position during the term, a replacement may be appointed to serve until the original term ends.
