學生宿舍退宿申請表 Dormitory Withdrawing Application Form

學生宿舍【退宿】說明事項:

  1. 不可抗拒原因外保證金不予退還。According to the school regulations, for those who do not continue residing until the end of the academic year and proceed to check out during the semester (such as staying in the first semester and not in the second semester), the deposit will not be refunded except for uncontrollable circumstances.

  2. 退宿申請程序:填寫申請表→生輔組辦理退宿申請→宿舍管理員退宿檢核→生活輔導組簽核。Applying process: fill out the application form à hand in the application form and the room key to the dormitory janitor

  3. 請於退宿申請日開始之3日(日曆日)內完成退宿檢核手續。For those who withdraw the dormitory for leave, withdrawal, transferring, or graduating reasons, please complete the application process within 3 days after the standard procedure of leaving school.

  4. 辦理退宿原因如非休學、轉學、退學或畢業者,皆須於辦理退宿作業前更改住宿聯絡資料(請至學校首頁在校學生生活資訊校內外住宿狀況調查學生輸入頁面更改住宿連絡資料),學生校內外住宿狀況調查https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/STlive/LogIn.aspx
