【退費帳戶相關問題】學生電子學習履歷系統個人資料檢視修正 【Refund Account Related Issues】Reviewing and Updating Personal Information in the e-Portfolio System

學生宿舍相關費用退費,原則上採「匯款」入個人帳戶,而個人帳戶資料皆於『學生電子學習履歷系統』所填寫的個人帳戶作為匯款資料。但,少數同學之帳戶於本組進行退費有問題,影響整批退費作業程序,甚至進而影響同學個人的權益,生活輔導組於作業的個人帳戶常見問題,區分本國生與境外生之狀況如下述:

  • 本國生:
  1. 郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料非學生本人(提醒:郵局帳戶需填寫「局號+帳號」共14碼)

  2. 郵局(或銀行)帳戶帳號有誤

  3. 銀行名稱或銀行分行有誤

  4. 無填寫郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料

  • 境外生:
  1. 非本國生學生於學籍履歷系統提供非正確ARC

  2. 郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料非學生本人

  3. 郵局(或銀行)帳戶帳號有誤

  4. 銀行名稱或銀行分行有誤

  5. 無填寫郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料

以上,為生活輔導組退費之常見問題,故煩請同學們,撥空檢視您的『電子學習履歷系統 』之郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料;另建議,若您無個人郵局(或銀行)帳戶,撥空辦理相關個人郵局(銀行)帳戶,並於辦理完成後,至『電子學習履歷系統 https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/CTE/Ed_StudP_WebSite/Login.aspx(進行填寫(於系統修改的同時,其他必填欄位皆須填寫,才能順利存檔成功),以利後續宿舍相關退費作業。

另提醒「境外生」同學,如您於學籍履歷系統中若非提供正確ARC,煩請同學攜帶您的居留證至本校行政大樓教務處註冊組,申請修正學籍系統ARC。

Refunds for dormitory-related fees are primarily processed via bank transfer to students’ personal bank accounts. The account information used for the transfer is taken from the e-Portfolio System. However, some students have encountered issues with their registered account information, which has disrupted the overall refund process and may even affect the students’ individual rights. The Office of Student Living service division has compiled common issues with personal account details during processing. These are categorized below for local and international students:

  • Local Students:
  1. The post office (or bank) account is not under the student’s name. (Reminder: Post office accounts must include a 14-digit code: “branch code + account number”)
  2. Incorrect account number for the post office (or bank) account
  3. Incorrect bank name or branch name
  4. No account information provided for the post office (or bank)
  • International Students:
  1. Invalid ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) provided in the academic record system
  2. The post office (or bank) account is not under the student’s name
  3. Incorrect account number for the post office (or bank) account
  4. Incorrect bank name or branch name
  5. No account information provided for the post office (or bank)

The above are the common issues encountered in the refund process. Therefore, we kindly ask all students to take some time to review their post office (or bank) account information in the e-Portfolio System. Additionally, if you do not yet have a personal post office (or bank) account, we strongly suggest that you apply for one as soon as possible. Once completed, please update your account information in the system. (Note: When editing your information, all other required fields in the system must be filled out in order for the data to be saved successfully.) This will help ensure smooth processing of future dormitory-related refunds.

Additional Reminder for International Students: If you have not provided a valid ARC in the academic record system, please bring your ARC to the Registry Division at the Office of Academic Affairs (Administration Building, 4th Floor) to request a correction.
